/SINGLE PERSON/ LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY /LTD/ - REGISTRATION :
• REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION:
1. Copy of the sole shareholder’s identity card / in case of single person LTD/ or copies of the partners’ identity cards / Ltd. /;
2. You must have selected the company trade name;
3. You should have chosen the seat and the address of the company registered office;
4. You need to know the purposes of the company – these are the basic transactions or services that company will conclude or provide. We can assist in implementing other, chosen by you, transactions and services to its purposes;
5. You need to know the management and manner of representation of the company only together , jointly and individually, or in case of transactions with interest to a certain amount, jointly or individually, and only jointly in case of transactions above certain interest;
6. Distribution of company shares among the partners / in LTD / - what proportion of the capital will be deposited by each of the shareholders;
7. The registered capital of the company.

/SINGLE PERSON/ LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY /LTD/ - CHANGES:
• REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION:
1. Copy of the the manager’s identity card;
2. A copy of the court judgment for registration of the company or in case, it is re-registered the Unified identification code;
3. Personal presence of the manager;
4. Copy of the article of incorporation;
5. If case a new partner in admitted to the entity copy of his/her ID card is reqired as well.

/SINGLE PERSON/ LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY /LTD/ - TRANSFER OF SHARES:
• REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION:
1. Copy of the the manager’s identity card;
2. A copy of the court judgment for registration of the company or in case, it is re-registered the Unified identification code;
3. Personal presence of the manager;
4. Copy of the article of incorporation;
5. Copy of the transferee’s identity card;
6. Personal presence of the transferee.
